About This RoleWells Fargo is seeking a Business Relationship Support Representative (CSO2) in Global Payments & Liquidity (GPL) as part of Enterprise Functions.In This Role, You WillProvide support for a portfolio of customersWork with business client managers to maintain a portfolio of accountsOversee overall customer experienceProduce loan reports and forms related to initiation of the documentation processAssist in financial statement analysis for non-complex relationshipsHandle customer issues and assist in decisions with business client managersEvaluate profitability and risk of designated portfolioHelp with customer associated risk managementCollaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and achieve goalsInteract with internal customersReceive directions from leadersExercise independent judgment while developing the knowledge to understand function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirementsRequired Qualifications:2+ years of Business Relationship Support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, educationDesired Qualifications:1+ year of Treasury Management product knowledge and experiencePrevious call center experienceAbility to provide strong customer service and develop customer relationshipsStrong telephone etiquette skillsAbility to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information.
