We provide a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment where clinical quality, patient engagement, and measurable outcomes are prioritized.Role DescriptionWe are seeking a motivated Clinical Program Coordinator (AMFT) to serve as a mid-level clinical and operational point of contact for our PHP/IOP programs.This role supports the day-to-day coordination of clinical programming across both levels of care, facilitates communication among the clinical team, and assists leadership in ensuring documentation standards, scheduling, and group programming operate efficiently. The Clinical Program Coordinator functions as a practicing clinician and does not hold supervisory authority over other associates or licensed staff.This role will be responsible for: • Assisting in coordinating daily clinical programming across PHP and IOP tracks, including group scheduling, room assignments, and coverage logistics • Serving as a point of contact for clinical staff regarding scheduling conflicts, documentation questions, and program flow issues • Communicating client updates, care coordination needs, and program changes to the clinical team in a timely and organized manner • Participating in interdisciplinary treatment team meetings and tracking follow-up action items • Supporting onboarding of new clinical staff by orienting them to program structure, documentation expectations, and workflowAdditional responsibilities include: • Carrying an individual therapy caseload as assigned, consistent with AMFT scope of practice under BBS-approved supervision • Facilitating psychoeducational and process groups within PHP and/or IOP programming • Completing accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation • Conducting BPS assessments, treatment planning, and discharge planning within scope of practice • Assisting with tracking documentation compliance, attendance records, and caseload assignments • Maintaining and updating program schedules, group materials, and clinical resources as directed • Participating in quality assurance activities including chart audits and documentation review • Supporting accreditation, licensing, and payer audit preparation as needed • Receiving clinical supervision as required for AMFT licensure Qualifications Required: • Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Social Work, Counseling, Clinical Psychology, or related field • Registered with the California Board of Behavioral Sciences as an AMFT • Minimum 1 year of experience in a PHP, IOP, or structured behavioral health setting • Strong understanding of clinical documentation standards and treatment planning • Knowledge of crisis intervention, suicide risk assessment, and therapeutic modalities • Strong organizational and communication skills in a fast-paced environmentPreferred: • Experience in dual-track PHP/IOP programs serving primary mental health populations • Experience working with co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders • Familiarity with CARF or Joint Commission standards • Experience with standardized tools such as PHQ-9, GAD-7, and C-SSRS • Strong group facilitation skillsWhat We Offer• Competitive PTO • Medical, dental, and vision insurance • 401(k) retirement plan • Supportive and collaborative work environment • Clinical supervision toward licensure • Ongoing professional development opportunitiesAdditional Requirements• Valid driver’s license
