Responsibilities Unbox and prepare desktops, laptops, monitors, and accessories Apply Windows 11 OS image using SCCM and Intune Install software in Windows 11 environment Update asset records in ServiceNow Deploy assets as required Assist with decommissioning old equipment Qualifications High School Diploma Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Basic knowledge of Windows OS and imaging tools Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely Good communication and time management skills Must pass state and national background check Work Schedule Strict schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM, with 30 minute unpaid lunch and no overtime Dress Code Business casual attire (jeans acceptable) Tools and Equipment All tools and equipment provided by PTC J-18808-Ljbffr
