At Prime IV, we’re redefining wellness through innovation, consistency, and operational excellence across a rapidly growing franchise network.We’re looking for a Senior Training & Enablement Manager to lead and scale our learning ecosystem—bridging strategy, operations, and field execution to ensure every location delivers safe, consistent, and high-quality client experiences.💡 The RoleAs a key partner to Operations leadership, you will serve as the strategic link between company priorities and field execution, translating initiatives into clear, scalable learning and enablement solutions.You will own the end-to-end learning ecosystem, ensuring franchisees and spa teams are equipped with the tools, systems, and training needed to operate safely, consistently, and profitably.🔑 What You’ll OwnLead Prime IV’s learning & enablement strategy across a growing franchise systemTranslate operational, clinical, and marketing initiatives into structured, role-based learning programsOversee learning platforms (LMS, eLearning tools) to ensure content is accessible, scalable, and effectivePartner with Business Success Managers (BSMs) to drive field performance and capability developmentBuild and lead a high-performing training & enablement functionEstablish governance for content creation, updates, and deliveryUse data and feedback to continuously improve learning outcomes and operational execution🎯 What We’re Looking For2+ years in training, learning & development, or franchise operationsExperience designing and scaling multi-location training programsStrong understanding of instructional design and adult learning principlesExperience with LMS platforms, eLearning tools, and data-driven training strategiesProven ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence at multiple levelsStrong communication, leadership, and organizational skills📍 Work Location & ScheduleThis role is based in Colorado Springs, CO and currently operates on a hybrid schedule:3 days/week in-office at HQ (1434 Kelly Johnson Blvd.)2 days/week remoteThis is a temporary structure and will transition to a primarily in-office role as we move into a new office space.
