Forklift Mechanic - $30/hr | Mon-Fri | Full-Time Opportunity (NOT A DRIVER POSITION)

We're looking for a skilled Forklift Mechanic to join our team. Instead of driving forklifts, you'll be the expert who keeps them in top working condition while also handling general facility maintenance.This is a great opportunity for experienced mechanics, maintenance technicians, or anyone with strong equipment repair skills who's ready to grow with a dependable company.What You'll DoDiagnose, maintain, and repair forklifts and other material handling equipment (no forklift driving required).Troubleshoot hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical (AC/DC) systems.Maintain and repair dock doors, dock levelers, and related facility equipment.Complete service logs and daily reports.Communicate part and inventory needs to the Operations Manager.RequirementsWhat We're Looking For2+ years of experience as a forklift mechanic, industrial maintenance technician, or similar role.Strong working knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical systems.High school diploma or GED.Valid driver's license required.Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus!Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)HVAC troubleshootingWelding or fabricationCarpentry, painting, or light constructionExperience with CMMS or digital work order systemsWhy Work With Us?? $30/hour starting pay?
