Carpenter Scaffold Leaders & Foremen

CONDUSTRIAL is seeking experienced Scaffold Leaders and Foremen to oversee and execute scaffold erection, modification, and dismantling on active construction and industrial job sites. This role requires strong leadership, safety awareness, and hands-on scaffolding experience. Key Responsibilities: Lead and supervise scaffold crews on job sites Plan, coordinate, and execute scaffold erection and dismantling Read and interpret scaffold drawings and jobsite layouts Ensure proper installation of bracing, decking, guardrails, and tie-ins Perform scaffold inspections and ensure systems are properly tagged Enforce OSHA safety standards and company safety policies Coordinate daily activities with project managers and site supervisors Train and mentor helpers and less experienced scaffold builders Complete daily reports, JHAs, and safety documentation Requirements: 3+ years of scaffolding experience (industrial or commercial preferred) Previous leadership or foreman experience required Strong knowledge of scaffold systems (frame, tube & clamp, system scaffold) Ability to read and interpret blueprints and scaffold plans Must be comfortable working at heights and in outdoor environments Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 preferred Pay & Schedule: Competitive pay based on experience ($21 – $30/hr) Full-time position Schedule may include days, nights, and weekends depending on project needs Additional Information: Must be able to pass a drug screen Must have reliable transportation Opportunity for long-term work and career growth How to Apply Submit your resume through Indeed, then text or call 470-701-0793 to learn more about the opportunity. #IND2 Job Type: Full-time Benefits: Dental insurance Health insurance Vision insurance People with a criminal record are encouraged to apply Pay: $21.00 - $30.00 per hour Work Location: In person
