This role provides musical leadership, spiritual direction, and team development for the worship band while helping shape meaningful worship experiences for weekend services and special events.Job responsibilities include, but are notlimited to:Leading worship and vocal teams for all Saturday servicesAttending weekly worship/band rehearsalsRecruiting worship leaders and vocalistsCoaching team members in vocal performance, stage presence, and spiritual leadershipCollaborating with the Service Programming Director and Associate Directors of Band and Production to alignworship flow and soundAll other related items as assigned REQUIREMENTSStrong leadership, communication, and organizational skillsEncouraging attitude and attention to detailCommitment to the Hoboken Grace mission and valuesA humble heart and emotional intelligenceAt least 3 years of band leadership or worship team experience preferred
