What You'll Be DoingCarefully reviewing, reading, and updating red-lined documents with extreme attention to detailMaking precise edits, updates, and revisions—accuracy matters hereNavigating multiple computer systems and platforms with easeRegularly using AI platforms and tools to support efficiency, accuracy, and workflow improvementsSupporting the Operations team with administrative and document-related tasksEnsuring documentation is current, organized, and compliant ? What We're Looking ForExcellent computer skills and confidence working in digital environmentsStrong attention to detail—especially when reviewing and editing documentsComfortable reading and interpreting red-line/marked-up documentsExperience using AI platforms (or strong interest and ability to learn quickly)Highly organized, reliable, and self-motivatedAbility to stay focused and accurate while handling detailed workProfessional, dependable, and team-oriented mindset?? Pay & Schedule$22–$25 per hour, based on experienceFull-time hoursOngoing temporary position (strong consistency and stability)???
