Your expertise will contribute to improving patient outcomes and ensuring quality healthcare delivery within our medical practice.ResponsibilitiesProvide high-quality medical care to hospitalized patientsConduct thorough patient assessments and evaluationsDevelop and implement individualized treatment plansCollaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient careMonitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessaryEnsure accurate documentation of patient informationCommunicate effectively with patients and their familiesParticipate in hospital rounds and case discussionsRequirementsMD or DO degree from an accredited medical schoolValid medical license to practice in the state of MassachusettsExperience in Internal Medicine as a Hospitalist preferredStrong clinical assessment and diagnostic skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesAbility to work effectively in a team-oriented environmentCommitment to providing high-quality patient careKnowledge of electronic health record systemsSchedule: 12-hour night shiftsAdmissions: 7-12 per night at one location, 10-18 per night at anotherClosed ICUMinimal procedures, if anySupport Staff: APPs, residents, and attendingsEMR: EpicMust be board-certifiedPaid travel & expenses #J-18808-Ljbffr
