Join our team at Opus IVS as a NetSuite Administrator. In this role, you will configure and maintain our NetSuite ERP system to support our organizational objectives. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will implement processes to enhance business operations. Stay up-to-date on NetSuite features to provide valuable recommendations for system improvements.ResponsibilitiesNetSuite Platform Administration: Serve as the main point of contact for NetSuite support and manage system configurations.End User Engagement: Collaborate with end users to understand business requirements and provide effective solutions.Training and Technical Support: Conduct user training sessions and offer technical assistance.System Integration Management: Lead ERP and CRM system integration projects.Customization and Development: Customize NetSuite to align with business needs and develop custom applications.Policy and Procedure Development: Create and maintain documentation for system changes, customization, and usage protocols.Reporting and Accounting Support: Generate reports and support accounting tasks such as AP, AR, and GL.Business Requirement Translation: Analyze business processes and translate them into actionable tasks for different departments.KPI Monitoring: Develop and manage saved searches, reports, KPIs, and dashboards for performance tracking.QualificationsNetSuite Expertise: Proficient in NetSuite ERP and CRM modules with a deep understanding of configurations and workflows.Experience: Minimum of 5 years working with NetSuite, including implementation, upgrades, and integrations in complex organizational settings.Technical Skills: Familiarity with SuiteFlow, SuiteBuilder, and SuiteAnalytics. Experience in SuiteCloud platform development and system integrations.Integration Knowledge: Ability to integrate NetSuite with other systems using web services, middleware solutions, and APIs.Business Acumen: Understanding of business processes across departments and the ability to translate requirements into system solutions.Employment Type: Part-Time
