Account Manager

QYOU is looking for an LA-based Account Manager to join our growing Account Management and Media team (QYOU AMPLIFY). At QYOU, we harness the power of influencers and their communities for world-class influencer marketing / social media campaigns for leading brands.This position will be the main client lead across a portfolio of clients. The ideal candidate for this position will have experience in managing large, complex campaigns in multiple industries: entertainment, gaming, retail/fashion, QSR, technology, and consumer packaged goods. Candidates for this position are highly motivated, detail-orientated, organized, eager to learn, and team players with strong client and social media skills.Role & Responsibilities:Account ManagementResponsible for pre-sale planning and post-sale execution including media planning, pricing and contract negotiation and execution (Attention to detail is essential!)Collaborating with internal teams on RFP responses and deliverablesWork closely with cross-functional teams and partners to ensure successful campaign executionLead weekly client syncs and other client & internal meetingsAnalyzing campaigns and communicating with agency and client teams to optimize performanceTrack, report and analyze campaigns and report key insights on a weekly basisGenerate robust campaign wrap reports with detailed insights into campaign performance and recommendations for future campaignsWorking with Finance team for month end reconciliation and proper billing/invoicingMedia BuyingCampaign Strategy & ExecutionPlan, build, and launch paid media campaigns across TikTok Ads Manager, Meta Ads Manager (Instagram/Facebook), and Google Ads (YouTube).Develop full-funnel strategies aligned with brand and performance objectives (awareness, consideration, conversions).Manage budgets, pacing, and bid strategies to maximize ROAS and efficiency.Optimization & PerformanceContinuously monitor campaign performance and make data-driven optimizations (creative, targeting, placements, bidding).Conduct A/B testing across audiences, creatives, and messaging.Analyze KPIs including CPM, CPC, CTR, CPA, ROAS, view rates, and retention metrics.Scale high-performing campaigns while maintaining efficiency targets.Reporting & InsightsDeliver weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.Translate data into strategic recommendations to improve results.Track attribution and ensure proper pixel and conversion tracking implementations.Requirements:Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or universityMinimum 2-5 years experience as an Account Manager within Influencer MarketingFluent in Influencer Marketing landscape, including content trends, workflow, top creators in the space, and pop cultureStrong knowledge of social media platforms especially TikTok and MetaOutstanding communication skills, problem solving, very detail oriented and strong analytical skills
