Warehouse Associate

Job Title: Warehouse Inventory Associate (Cold Storage – Food Production) Location: San Clemente, CA Start Date: ASAP Job Overview: We are urgently seeking Warehouse Associates to join our team in a cold food production facility located in San Clemente. This role is focused on inventory support, including order picking, pallet movement, and package transfers in and out of freezer areas. Key Responsibilities: Transfer and organize packages within the warehouse Pick and stage orders accurately Pull pallets in and out of cold storage/freezer areas Count inventory with precision; basic math skills are essential Maintain a clean and organized work area Schedule & Shift: Monday through Friday, with mandatory Saturday availability Shift starts at 6:00 AM and ends at the completion of the day’s workload Overtime required Must report at 7:30 AM on the first day Requirements: Bilingual Spanish or able to comfortably understand and speak some Spanish Must be able to lift up to 49 lbs Comfortable working in cold storage – heavy jacket and layered clothing required Strong work ethic, punctuality, and attention to detail Previous warehouse or inventory experience is a plus
