Your work will directly support decision-making and help establish a culture of financial discipline in the company.Requirements Must-Have:2–4+ years of experience in finance, audit, FP&A, or controllingStrong Excel / Google Sheets skillsSolid understanding of P&L, budgeting, reconciliationsAnalytical mindset, detail-oriented, proactive approachEnglish: b1Nice-to-Have:Background in Big Four (especially audit/transaction services)Experience in digital B2C or iGaming business modelsFamiliarity with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) — user levelKey Responsibilities Budgeting: Collaborate with key stakeholders (marketing, affiliate, media buying, etc.) to set and manage departmental budgetsP&L Monitoring: Perform plan-vs-actual analysis, build dashboards, identify and explain variancesExpense Control: Track and verify departmental spending, affiliate payments, and bonus structuresModel Maintenance: Update and support existing financial models provided by managementReporting: Deliver weekly and monthly financial presentations and operational summariesPayments Analysis: Assess cost structures of PSPs, simulate cost impact scenariosCross-functional Support: Work with CRM, affiliate, support, and creative departments on shared financial initiativesWhat We Offer Remote-first format with occasional travel if neededCompetitive compensationLong-term cooperation with high-impact project exposureOpportunity to influence internal processes from the ground upCareer growthWe'll review your CV and everything you have sent us within five working days.
