CUES is the world’s leading developer of water, wastewater, and storm water inspection equipment. With CCTV cameras, pre-built vehicles, and software for pipeline inspection and rehabilitation, we improve the safety and reliability of our water infrastructure systems.How you will make an Impact (Job Summary)SPX is a diverse team of unique individuals who all make an impact. As the Product Trainer, you will provide professional training to CUES customers on the majority of products that we sell. Installation of components is sometimes required prior to training.What you can expect in this role (Job Responsibilities)Set up travel arrangements for the upcoming appointments for customersMeet with customers and perform inventory of purchased equipmentTrain customers on all hardware and software requiredProvide nightly reporting on the events of the daySubmit expense reports for reimbursement as requiredWhen not in field, assist other departments as neededWhat we are looking for (Experience, Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, Education)We each bring something to the table, and we are looking for someone who has:Required ExperienceStrong computer skillsAble to present technical information to others in a professional, understandable mannerPossess basic electrical and mechanical aptitudePossess excellent written and oral communication skillsMust be highly motivated self-starter that can handle stressful situationsPossess a general knowledge of the use and operation of basic hand and power toolsAbility to work independently, with excellent problem solving and decision-making skillsPreferred ExperienceTwo year business/education degree preferred (or military equivalent)Experience with pipeline inspection equipmentPrevious teaching/training experienceBasic understanding of technical drawingsPreferred Experience, Knowledge, Skills, and AbilitiesStrong written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate with customers, senior leaders, peers, and members of the sales organization.Proven track record of meeting commitments with the highest standards of ethics and integrity.Able to handle competing demands with a sense of urgency, drive, and energy.Education & CertificationsHigh school diploma or equivalentTravel & Working EnvironmentExtensive world-wide travel on nearly a weekly basis.
