Job Title: Assembler Location: Monroe, NC Pay: $17.00 per hour Shift: 1st Shift | 6:00 AM - 4:00 PM (Overtime may be required) Job Type: Full-Time Job Summary We are seeking dependable Assemblers to support operations in a fast-paced manufacturing and warehouse environment. This role involves working with wood materials, assisting with production processes, and performing general warehouse duties. Candidates should be comfortable in a physically active setting. Key Responsibilities Assist with production and assembly processes using wood materials and using hand tools Stack, organize, and move finished materials within the facility Operate saws and other equipment to cut materials to specified measurements Read and follow work orders, layouts, or instructions Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow all company safety policies and procedures Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goals Qualifications Previous experience in a warehouse, construction, or manufacturing environment preferred Ability to read and accurately use a measuring tape Ability to use basic hand tools and power tools Ability to lift up to 60+ lbs, with or without reasonable accommodation Ability to stand, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Reliable attendance and punctuality Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus!
