Job Title: R&D EngineerLocation: CADuration: 12-MonthPosition Summary:We are seeking an R&D Engineer to support the design, development, testing, and validation of new products and technologies. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product development from concept through commercialization while ensuring compliance with regulatory and quality requirements.Key Responsibilities:Design, develop, and test new products and prototypes.Create engineering specifications, test protocols, and technical documentation.Execute verification and validation (V&V) activities.Perform root cause analysis and support design improvements.Participate in risk assessments, FMEA, and design reviews.Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, and Regulatory teams.Ensure compliance with applicable industry standards and regulations.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.3–5+ years of experience in R&D, Product Development, or Design Engineering.Experience with product lifecycle development, testing, and validation.Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.Experience in regulated industries (Medical Devices, Pharma, Biotech, or Aerospace) preferred.Preferred Skills:Design Verification & Validation (V&V)Risk Management & FMEAPrototype DevelopmentRoot Cause AnalysisTechnical DocumentationCAD Tools (SolidWorks, Creo, AutoCAD)MATLAB, Minitab, or similar analysis tools
