Staff Intelligence Analyst
Expertise And FunctionsDemonstrate familiarity with US Central Command (USCENTCOM) Operations Center and United States Indo-Pacific Command (USINDOPACOM) Area of Operations to include various Combatant Command Operations Army Service Component Command (ASCC) and Land Forces Component CommandProvide Intelligence support of Research & Development effort for Intelligence into COCOMl Command organizations, missions and area of operations Research and socialize different technologies as customer interests dictateStay current on fundamental knowledge regarding new and emerging capabilitiesProvide “day-to-day” multidiscipline analysis for future capabilities and associated activities to include but not limited to classified collateral and Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) data management in conjunction with Military Intelligence Program (MIP)Demonstrate full understanding of National Tactical Means systems and architectures and understanding of technical systems, hardware and software and Defense Advance Research Project Agency initiativesUtilize knowledge of the Central Command (CENTCOM) operational environment along with a strong familiarity with the Intelligence Community Develop objectives, schedules, risk assessments and architecture definition and compliance through the validations and guidance across various Project Management initiativesIdentify capability gaps with potential technical solutions utilizing knowledge of the COCOMs Battle Rhythm requirementsCarry out relevant national collections/reporting process and involvement with tactical organizationsPresent briefs to a wide range of audiences to include senior military and civilian leadersWork in a forward deployed position in support of military operations, including occasional travel in support of mission needsIdentify core requirements mission areas and obtain access to national developed capabilitiesAssist supported combatant commanders to define comprehensive intelligence needs and requirements Other duties as assigned RequirementsQualificationsEducation/Training (both required and desired): Bachelor’s Degree in management or other relevant discipline requiredMaster’s Degree preferred Experience:12+ years of professional experience in the required task areaExperience and understanding of research and analysis methodologies in support of the intelligence lifecycle Experienced in writing IC-related documentsExperience in system acquisition or system development of DoD or IC Intelligence systemsExperience in systems development or systems operational support Experience in All-Source analysis Security: Must be a US citizenCurrent active TS/SCI security required; willing and able to qualify for a poly if neededPhysical RequirementsAble to occasionally reach with hands and armsProlonged periods of computer screen use, while sitting or standing at a deskAdhere to safety protocols when in work areas requiring use of PPE (e.g. eyewear, gloves, masks, hearing protection, steel toed shoes, etc.)Able to safely lift and carry up to 20 pounds at a timeBenefitsHealth Care Plan (Medical, Dental & Vision)Retirement Plan (401k, IRA)Life Insurance (Basic, Voluntary & AD&D)Paid Time Off (Vacation, Sick & Public Holidays)Short Term & Long Term DisabilityTraining & DevelopmentWellness ResourcesSalary: $145,000 - 175,000Salary rates for this position are competitive and commensurate with experience and industry standards.
