We are actively seeking Project and Program Senior Analyst for one of our client, Please share your resume with current location & full contact infoJob Title: Project and Program Senior AnalystLocation: RemoteEmployment Type: ContractJob Description:ResponsibilitiesDesign, implement, and continuously improve creative workflows for intake, briefing, review, and approvals.Establish clear processes for prioritization, capacity planning, and resource allocation.Ensure creative teams have clarity on timelines, deliverables, and dependencies.Monitor workflow performance and identify opportunities for automation and optimization.Oversee all creative projects from concept to completion, ensuring alignment with brand and business objectives.Maintain accurate project documentation and status updates across multiple platforms.Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.Partner with marketing ops, brand strategy, web development, paid media, social media, and other channel leads to align creative output with campaign goals.Act as the primary liaison between creative teams and business stakeholders, ensuring transparent communication.Support integration of creative assets into Digital Asset Management (DAM) systems and other tools.Process & Technology OptimizationEvaluate and implement project management tools and systems to streamline workflows.Develop reporting dashboards to track operational metrics, resource utilization, and project performance.Champion best practices for creative operations across the organization.RequirementsEducation: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or related field (or equivalent experience) preferred.5+ years in creative operations, project management, or agency account management.In-house agency experience preferred.Experience with integrated marketing campaigns and creative workflows.Expertise in creative workflow design and process optimization.Strong organizational skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Workfront, Asana, SmartSheet).Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.PMP or Project Management Certification.Experience with Digital Asset Management systems.With regards,Naveen | Sr. Talent AcquisitionRootshell Enterprise Technologies Inc.Naveen@rootshellinc.com | www.rootshellinc.com#J-18808-Ljbffr
