Your primary responsibilities include responding to support requests via walk-ins, phone calls, email, and chat to resolve issues ranging from software installations to physical hardware repair. You will be responsible for configuring and deploying laptops and mobile hardware while ensuring all staff, regardless of their location, have functional equipment.ABOUT B.H.
