Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a General Manager based in Charlotte, NC. The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing budgets, developing and implementing business strategies, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Additional responsibilities include supervising staff, fostering professional development, analyzing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with company standards and policies. Collaboration with various departments to meet organizational objectives will also be a key component of this role. Qualifications Operations management skills, including budget preparation, cost control, and compliance monitoringLeadership and team management experience, with a focus on fostering positive work environmentsStrategic planning, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilitiesStrong verbal and written communication skills, as well as relationship-building abilities with associates and guestsProficiency in analyzing financial reports, KPIs, and market trendsAbility to uphold company standards and ensure a customer-centric approachBachelor’s degree in Business Management, Hospitality, or related field is preferredExperience in hospitality, real estate, or property management industries is a plus
