Commercial Roofing Project Manager / Superintendent

We are working with a growing commercial roofing contractor in the San Marcos, TX market that is looking to add an experienced Commercial Roofing Project Manager / Superintendent to their team. This individual will play a key role in overseeing commercial roofing and waterproofing projects from start to finish while ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget.This role will operate in a hybrid capacity with approximately 60% of time spent in the field and 40% in the office.ResponsibilitiesManage commercial roofing projects from pre-construction through completionOversee field operations, crews, subcontractors, and project schedulesConduct job site visits to monitor quality, safety, and productionCoordinate materials, equipment, and manpower needsCommunicate with clients, vendors, and internal teams throughout the project lifecycleEnsure projects stay on budget and on scheduleHandle project documentation including reports, change orders, and progress updatesAssist with problem solving and resolving field-related issues in real timeMaintain OSHA and company safety standards on all job sitesQualifications3+ years of experience in commercial roofing project management and/or superintendencyExperience with commercial flat roofing systems requiredWaterproofing experience is a plusStrong leadership and communication skillsAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyKnowledge of project scheduling, budgeting, and field operationsValid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally to job sites
