Accounts Payable Analyst

Position Overview:Ledgent Finance & Accounting is currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Payable (AP) Analyst to join their finance team. The AP Analyst will play a key role in ensuring accurate, timely processing of invoices, maintaining vendor relationships, and supporting overall financial operations. Key Responsibilities:Review and reconcile vendor statements; resolve discrepancies. Ensure high-volume invoices are processed with accuracy and efficiency. Collaborate cross-functionally to obtain approvals and resolve payment issues. Prepare weekly payment runs (ACH, checks, wires). Ensure compliance with company policies and internal controls. Assist with month-end close tasks related to AP. Support audits by providing documentation and reports. Identify opportunities to streamline AP workflows and improve efficiency. Qualifications:2-4 years of Accounts Payable Analysis or related accounting experience. Strong understanding of AP processes, three-way match, and invoice workflow. Proficiency in Excel; experience with ERP systems preferred. Keen attention to detail and strong analytical skills. Excellent communication and customer service mindset. Ability to manage priorities in a deadline-driven environment. Education Requirements:High School diploma required. Work Hours:Monday - Friday, first shift. Additional Details:Salary: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour 100% in-office, close to the airport.
