We are currently seeking a full-time and part-time, experienced Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) for Supported Living and In-Home Care services in the Augusta County, VA area to include Staunton, Waynesboro, Fishersville, Churchville and Greenville.Bilingual candidates with English and Spanish preferred.Must be flexible to work evenings and weekends and be available for occasional on-call work as needed.Our In-Home and Supported Living Care DSP's assist individuals with domestic tasks such as laundry, cleaning, meal planning, cooking, and organizing. Help individuals enrich their own lives through exploring volunteer opportunities, support personal care needs, providing transportation and any needed advocacy for medical/dental appointments, and assisting with medication administration.Paid training provided by Wall Residences may include First Aid & CPR, CMRT (Crisis Management & Response Training), Medication Administration, DSP Training, and documentation training.Successful candidates are detail-oriented and able keep accurate notes to ensure continuity of quality care.
