This role is responsible for assisting prospective buyers through the home purchasing process while delivering exceptional customer service. ResponsibilitiesGreet and assist prospective homebuyersConduct model home and community toursFollow up on leads and generate new sales opportunitiesExplain floor plans, pricing, and available optionsMaintain accurate customer records in CRM systemsCoordinate with construction, lenders, and closing teamsMeet monthly sales goals and provide excellent customer serviceExperience/RequirementsExperience in real estate, homebuilding, or a sales-driven organizationStrong organizational and time-management skillsProficiency in managing CRM; Sales Force, Follow Up Boss, or equivalentStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervisionHigh level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detailAbility to work onsite Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PMAttend weekly meetings as neededBenefitsMedical/Dental/Vision/Life InsuranceVacation, Sick, and Personal timePaid Holidays (9 per year)Paid holiday company shut downSalary + commission-based role
