Role Description Stone Machinery is seeking a full-time Sales Specialist for a hybrid role based in St. Paul, MN, with flexibility to work partially from home. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for driving sales within the upper Midwest region, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and identifying their needs to recommend suitable CNC machinery solutions. Responsibilities include managing sales pipelines, providing product training, facilitating customer service support, collaborating with the service team to address customer concerns, and meeting sales targets. Qualifications Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service to build and maintain client relationshipsExperience in Sales and Sales Management, with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed targetsCapability to provide Training on product features and operations to customersProficiency in using CRM tools and managing sales processesHighly motivated, self-starter with excellent organizational and time management skillsUnderstanding of the manufacturing industry and CNC machinery is a plusBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferredAbility to travel within the upper Midwest region as required
