Senior Information Technology Project Manager
Optomi, in partnership with a leading financial services organization, is seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to support large-scale infrastructure and cybersecurity initiatives. This individual will play a key role driving end-to-end delivery across enterprise IT projects, helping bridge business objectives with technical execution.This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in fast-paced enterprise environments and enjoys leading highly visible technical initiatives involving cloud, infrastructure, and cyber-focused workstreams.What You’ll Be DoingLead planning, execution, and delivery of complex technical projects across infrastructure and cybersecurity environmentsManage initiatives including cloud migrations, platform integrations, infrastructure upgrades, and security-related projectsPartner closely with engineering, cybersecurity, operations, and business stakeholders to define scope, timelines, risks, and deliverablesDrive project execution using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologiesTrack project health, risks, dependencies, budgets, and resource alignmentFacilitate executive-level status reporting, stakeholder communication, and cross-functional coordinationTranslate business requirements into actionable technical plans and project roadmapsSupport continuous improvement initiatives across delivery processes and project governanceWhat the Right Candidate Will Bring5+ years of IT Project Management experience focused on technical deliveryStrong experience managing infrastructure, cloud, and/or cybersecurity initiativesHands-on understanding of enterprise technology environments and technical project lifecyclesExperience working within Azure cloud environments (preferred)Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skillsExperience using project management tools such as:MS ProjectAzure DevOpsJiraProven ability to manage competing priorities, risks, and dependencies in enterprise environmentsPreferred QualificationsPMP, CSM, or SAFe certificationPrior experience supporting cybersecurity-focused projects or programsExperience operating within large enterprise or highly regulated environmentsWhat You’ll EnjoyExposure to enterprise-scale infrastructure and cybersecurity initiativesHigh-visibility projects with strategic business impactCollaborative and innovative technical environmentOpportunity to work alongside cross-functional engineering and security teamsLong-term growth potential within enterprise technology delivery
