Warehouse Lead

Warehouse ManagerRequired functional experience includes operations, planning, knowledge of shipping, receiving, put away, flow patterns, and people leadership to ensure accurate, reliable, and on time deliverables. Ability to collect data, evaluate results and make recommendations to management based on those.Areas of Responsibility include:Technical WarehousingSystem implementation and improvementProcess design and implementationPeople management and leadershipInventory and stocking levelsSafety policies and proceduresPhysical condition of warehouseProject ManagementQualifications:Minimum of 2+ years' warehouse/distribution center management,Development and management of SOP's,Hands-on experience with ERP's, RF warehousing, material handling equipment,Strong computer proficiency to include spreadsheets, inventory systems and UPS tracking,Knowledge of freight regulations and safety management,Strong leadership and people management skills,Ability to develop reports and analyze informationStrong communication and customer relations skillsMust be able to read, write, understand and communicate in English.Working conditions/physical requirements:Warehouse environment, varying temperatures, dusty, regularly lift up to 30 lbs., occasionally up to 50+ lbs., 70 or greater with assistance, bend stoop, reach twist, walk or stand for most of the shift, and wear protective gear when required.
