Systems Engineer (Windows/Vmware)

System( Windows/Vmware) (Lead/ Architect ) With Cisco UCS experience The systems engineer must possess experience/knowledge with some of the following: Microsoft Windows server, AD, Linux, VMWare/ESX including VMWare high availability solutions and snapshot backup technologies, Citrix, NetApp storage, load/balancing solutions, Cisco UCS, Nutanix, Thin Manager, Vortex or similar components. He/she must have demonstrated hands on experience with troubleshooting Windows and Linux server platforms and understand • Oracle and SQL database functionality/connectivity, layer 2 and 3 technologies and do simple troubleshooting techniques • DNS, DHCP, CIFS/NFS, SAN/NAS, DBMS, VLANs, and server side configurations • Experience with some of the following: Cisco routing and switching, Load Balancers, TACACS+/Radius, Nexus, Checkpoint firewall. • Experience working in a GxP environment. • Knowledge about scripts, and or services for the platform environment, such as PowerShell Perl or similar • Basic understanding of backup solutions such as Netbackup, Rubrik, Networker, BackupExec • Self-Starter, eager to learn new technologies in a fast pace environment and work in multiple networking technology domains • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Good communicator who effectively evaluates information/data to make decisions; anticipates obstacles and develops plans to resolve issues • Strong written and verbal English communication skill #J-18808-Ljbffr
