We are looking for a Yard Worker to join our team. As a Yard Worker, you will play a crucial role in assisting customers, maintaining the yard, and ensuring timely deliveries. This job will be located at our location in Mesa, working Monday – Friday from 6 am – 4 pm. Duties: · Assist customers by answering inquiries and loading materials in the yard. · Pull material lists accurately and safely as per office instructions. · Load RISE Lumber trucks promptly to meet delivery schedules and secure outbound loads to comply with DOT regulations. · Operate yard equipment such as forklifts and cranes proficiently to move materials. · Unload trucks, organize stock items, and mark non-stock items appropriately. · Clean and organize the yard regularly to maintain a safe working environment. Skills: · Experience with rigging, loading/unloading materials. · Proficiency in using warehouse management systems. · Operating forklifts · Knowledge of OSHA regulations for warehouse safety. · Previous experience in warehouse supervision is a plus. · Ability to build strong customer relationships.
