Instead of static runbooks and manual triage, customers use AI agents to surface answers and take action faster.ABOUT THE ROLE You’ll join the product engineering team building core platform capabilities used by security teams in production environments. This is a hands-on backend engineering role focused on distributed systems, AI-powered workflows, and product development at scale.You’ll help design and ship features across agents, LLMs, retrieval systems, APIs, and core backend services. Ideal candidates have strong backend fundamentals, have built production systems, and enjoy solving hard technical problems in fast-moving environments.Important: Candidates should closely match the core qualifications below.
