Customer Engagement Associate

Liberty Consulting and Management is looking for a Customer Engagement Associate to help us understand the importance of activating the five senses to create emotional connections. The Customer Engagement Associate is about helping customers, answering questions, and making sure people feel heard. No experience required. Just bring a good attitude and show up ready to learn. Primary Duties and Responsibilities of the Customer Engagement Associate: Respond to customer inquiries to provide accurate information about products, services, and offerings. Resolve customer concerns and complaints in a professional manner by ensuring timely support and escalating complex issues appropriately. Maintain a supportive and friendly approach in every interaction with our customers to continuously elevate customer satisfaction. Assist with account updates, service requests, billing questions, and basic troubleshooting. Document, organize, and record customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions in our internal systems. Collaborate with cross functional teams to resolve customer issues effectively. Follow confidentiality and professionalism in handling customer information. Support customer retention through effective communication and follow-up. Candidate Profile of the Customer Engagement Associate : Customer service or retail experience is a plus, not a must. Can confidently talk to people clearly and listen well. Willingness to show up on time and you're willing to learn. Has the ability to stay composed when helping frustrated customers. Has basic computer skills or is willing to learn about telecommunication products and jargon. Willing to be trained and mentored to expand skills and knowledge.
