Backed by over 10 years of Australian licensed brokerage experience, we are building a modern, fast-growing, and globally connected trading ecosystem.As part of our continued growth, we are looking for a Business Analyst to support strategic initiatives, operational improvements, and cross-functional business projects.Position SummaryThe Business Analyst will work closely with management, operations, sales, marketing, compliance, and technology teams to analyze business processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and support data-driven decision-making across the organization.This role is ideal for someone who is analytical, commercially minded, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced international environment.Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness & Operational AnalysisAnalyze business workflows, operational processes, and internal systemsIdentify inefficiencies and recommend scalable solutionsSupport the optimization of client onboarding, broker operations, and internal processesPrepare business reports, dashboards, and performance analysisData & ReportingCollect, organize, and interpret business data from multiple departmentsTrack KPIs related to sales, client acquisition, operations, and marketing performanceBuild management-ready reports and business insightsAssist in forecasting and trend analysisCross-Functional Project SupportWork with Sales, Marketing, Compliance, Operations, and Tech teams on business initiativesSupport implementation of new systems, workflows, and automation projectsCoordinate stakeholder communication and project follow-upsDocument business requirements and operational proceduresStrategic SupportConduct market and competitor researchSupport APAC expansion initiatives and new business opportunitiesAssist management with strategic planning and decision-making materialsRequirementsBachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or related fields2+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Operations, Finance, or related rolesStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAdvanced Excel / Google Sheets skillsExperience with reporting tools or CRM systems is preferredStrong communication and stakeholder management abilitiesAbility to work independently and manage multiple prioritiesExperience in financial services, brokerage, fintech, or trading industry is highly preferredPreferred SkillsKnowledge of CFD / FX / Trading industryExperience with Power BI, Tableau, or data visualization toolsProcess automation or workflow optimization experienceUnderstanding of broker operations and client lifecycleMultilingual communication skills (English and Mandarin preferred)
