Box Loader/Unloader – West Jordan, UT (Weekend Shift)Freight Breakers LLC is seeking dependable and hardworking individuals to join our team as Box Loaders/Unloaders in West Jordan. This role is ideal for individuals who excel in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment and are motivated by performance-based pay.Job OverviewIn this position, you will be responsible for the efficient and accurate movement of freight, ensuring trailers are loaded and unloaded safely and productively.Loading Responsibilities: Hand-load boxes from a conveyor onto trailers (floor loading) Scan packages into trailers using handheld scanners Transport cages to and from staging areas Maintain organized, secure, and efficient loading practices Unloading Responsibilities: Unload boxes from floor-loaded trailers onto a conveyor system Scan and sort packages into designated cages Work quickly while maintaining accuracy and safety standards Compensation: Performance-based pay: $150–$200+ per day Paid per trailer / per case loaded or unloaded Average earnings: $15–$25 per hour Top performers may earn $25–$35 per hour Higher productivity directly increases earning potential Schedule: Weekend Shift: Friday – Sunday, 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM 12-hour shifts Additional weekday work may be available as needed Requirements: Strong attendance and punctuality are required Ability to pass a background check and drug screening Must be able to lift and carry 5–50 lbs consistently Capable of sustained physical work for extended periods Reliable transportation is required Benefits: Health, dental, and vision insurance Life insurance Paid time off Additional Information: Job Type: Full-time Work Location: In person (West Jordan, UT) Relocation to the area is required prior to starting Freight Breakers LLC is an Equal Opportunity Employer (M/F/Veterans/Disabled).
