Description: Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be committed to providing high-quality, evidence-based interventions in a supportive and collaborative environment.Key Responsibilities:- Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)- Collect and record data on client progress and behavior- Assist in developing and modifying treatment strategies based on client needs- Support clients in developing communication, social, and daily living skills- Maintain a safe and positive environment for clients during sessions- Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and families regarding progress and concernsSkills and Qualifications:- Valid and active RBT certification/license- Ability to work 30 hours per week- Strong interpersonal and communication skills- Compassionate, patient, and adaptable approach- Ability to follow detailed instructions and documentation procedures- Prior experience working with individuals with developmental or behavioral challenges is preferred- Reliable transportation and flexibility to work various hours if neededJoin our team and contribute to a supportive environment focused on growth and positive outcomes.
