In this role, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, overseeing product developments, and ensuring the successful execution of projects. You will serve as the daily liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring that deliverables align with client objectives.Responsibilities:Client Relationship Management* Serve as the day-to-day contact for assigned clients* Build and maintain long-term relationships* Understand client goals, challenges, and expectationsProduct Development & Sampling* Coordinate development, sampling, and approvals* Translate client design briefs into technical specifications* Work with internal stakeholders to meet quality and performance standardsProject Coordination* Work with internal stakeholders to deliver on client needs* Ensure projects are completed on time and within scope* Monitor progress and keep clients informedQualifications:· Bachelor’s degree in textile-related business· 5+ years of experience in brand management· Extensive knowledge in soft trims, familiar with textile raw material development processes· Excellent communication and presentation skills.· Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.. Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and project management tools.
