Center Manager

Salary: $55,000 to $60,000 annually (Exempt) with Uncapped CommissionSchedule: Full-Time, In-OfficeAbout the RoleThe Job Center is seeking a Center Manager to lead day-to-day staffing operations and serve as a trusted workforce partner to our clients. This role is responsible for overseeing recruiting, associate management, client relationships, and team performance while ensuring high-quality service delivery in a fast-paced staffing environment.The Center Manager acts as an extension of the client's HR function, managing the contingent workforce from recruiting and onboarding through assignment completion.What You'll DoClient & Business ManagementBuild strong, consultative relationships with clients through a deep understanding of their business needsServe as the primary point of contact for workforce planning, performance, and issue resolutionConduct client site visits to assess job requirements, work conditions, and staffing needsProactively communicate to ensure client satisfaction and long-term partnershipsStaffing & RecruitingBuild and maintain a strong talent pipeline aligned with client demandInterview, screen, and onboard candidates (I-9, E-Verify, background checks, orientations)Ensure timely fulfillment of job orders with quality talentAddress attendance, performance, and employee relations mattersParticipate in job fairs, recruiting events, and outreach effortsOperations & AdministrationMaintain accurate records in Avionté (ATS), including payroll, assignments, and compliance documentationManage Workers' Compensation reporting and incident documentationEnsure compliance with company policies and employment lawsAnswer phones and provide excellent customer service to clients and associatesLeadership & TeamworkFoster a positive, professional, and results-driven office environmentCollaborate with internal teams to meet branch goalsLead with accountability, reliability, and strong communicationWhat We're Looking ForRequired Qualifications3–5 years of experience in staffing, recruiting, operations, or a related fieldAbility to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environmentExperience managing client relationships and resolving issuesStrong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skillsProfessional presence with the ability to interact at all levelsPreferred QualificationsStaffing industry or onsite/client account management experienceExperience with Avionté or similar ATS platformsBackground in account retention and growth strategiesCompensation & Benefits$55,000 to $60,000 annual salary (Exempt)15 days Paid Time Off per yearHealth, Dental, and Vision InsuranceCompany-matched 401(k)Growth opportunities within a stable staffing organizationWork Environment & Physical RequirementsIn-office, fast-paced staffing environmentFrequent phone, computer, and ATS useOccasional standing, walking, or lifting up to 15–20 lbsPossible local travel for client visits or recruiting eventsThe Job Center is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
