Position: Preschool Teacher Location: Lancaster, MA Job Id: 816 # of Openings: 1 Preschool Teacher Pay Range: $17 - $19/hr. + $2,500 Sign-On Bonus RFK Community Alliance has an exciting full-time opportunity for a Preschool Teacher to join our Child Development Center and Education team in Lancaster, MA. Who We Seek We seek a Preschool Teacher who will work in our Child Development Center providing an enriched and engaging environment for young children. The Preschool Teacher will encourage the children's imagination, challenge their thinking skills, and enhance their social and language development. The Preschool Teacher will also be responsible for the education, daily care, and recreation of children. Who You Are You are an energetic caring team player who loves nurturing children to help them learn and grow. Specific qualifications include: Teacher certified in Preschool by EEC 1+ year of experience with preschool-aged children An associate degree in early childhood education or CDA preferred but not required Who We Are The RFK Community Alliance Child Development Center is a NAEYC accredited program that provides an enriched and engaging environment for infants, toddlers, and preschoolers that encourages their imagination, challenges their thinking skills, and enhances their social and language development.
