Human Resources Manager Part-Time

Our team is looking for someone who is comfortable with today's workplace challenges issues, and can quickly switch gears to conduct audits, run payroll, coach managers, address performance issues, recruit, write job descriptions, draft policies and handbooks, interpret and apply wage and hour laws, and more.The HR Manager will be located in the San Francisco Bay area (Burlingame Office).Our ideal candidate will have:• Seven years of progressively responsible Human Resources experience in exempt or management positions• Strong computing skills/aptitude (Office, HRIS/Payroll systems) because we use technology solutions to communicate and to bring efficiency to our service delivery• Recent HR compliance experience with California based companies• Excellent verbal and written communications skills. Outstanding writing skills are a must for this job• A four year degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or the equivalent
