Instructional Aides NeededUrgently hiring instructional aides to assist visually impaired, multi-disabled children with daily living needs and classroom instruction.Monday to Friday, 7:30 am - 3:30 pm.Instructional aides will have access to:Competitive weekly pay with direct deposit (daily pay available soon!)Dedicated office staff & 24-hour on-call servicePositive work environmentMedical, dental, vision, and other insurance options availableOpportunity to earn PTOLucrative referral bonusesInstructional aide job duties:Assist children in activities of daily living: dressing, toileting, lifting and feeding students (including G-tube feeding).Assist teachers/therapists in routine activities of the classroom.Follow classroom schedule established by teacher, assist students with completion of educational goals and objectives, document student performance via basic data collection.Follow positive behavior support plans for students who have them.Assist with maintaining a clean and safe environment, such as wiping and disinfecting classroom surfaces, equipment and materials.Assist students on/off vehicles during arrival/dismissalTransport students to designated classroomsAccompany and assist students in specialty classes such as swimming (i.e. getting into the pool), horticulture, art, physical education and music.Instructional aide qualifications:High school diploma or equivalentAbility to obtain proper clearances for Acts 34, 114 and 151 (criminal, child abuse, federal criminal)Meets all federal requirements for US employment
