The Details: Role: Float Registered Nurse - Acute Dialysis Experience: Dialysis experience is required for this role Locations/Required Travel: St. Paul, Maplewood, Minneapolis, St. Louis Park, Edina, Burnsville, and Robbinsdale, MN Schedule: Full Time, Day Shift What You'll Do: Deliver Life-Saving Care: Administer inpatient dialysis therapies, including hemodialysis, peritoneal dialysis, CRRT, and apheresis. Be a Clinical Leader: Monitor patients, adjust treatments in real-time, and ensure top-quality outcomes. Collaborate & Empower: Work closely with hospital teams, DaVita clinical staff, and oversee patient care with the support of Patient Care Technicians (PCTs). Embrace the Dynamic: Adapt quickly and confidently in high-acuity, ever-changing hospital environments as you travel between our partner facilities. What to Expect: Variety & Challenge: Experience different hospital cultures and patient populations as you float between our Twin Cities locations. Schedule Dynamics: Your schedule will include regular day shifts and on-call rotations, including weekends and holidays, to support patient needs. What We're Looking For: Current RN license in the state of practice (MN) Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN) required; BSN preferred Prior experience in ICU, CCU, ER, or Med/Surg is a huge plus!
