As part of this evolution, were on the hunt for a Social Media Strategist to help shape the future of engagements across both Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) and Healthcare Provider (HCP) audiences.This is a brand-facing, high-impact role where you'll work across multiple brands, collaborating with internal stakeholders, media teams, and creative partners to drive breakthrough paid and organic social performance. If you thrive at the intersection of strategy, storytelling, and execution, this is your moment.DetailsLocation: Remote, Eastern Time zone working hours is requiredStart: July 2026Duration: 40 hrs/week through December 31, 2026 with potential to extend Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain content calendars across multiple platforms (Primary: Meta, TikTok, Reddit, and LinkedIn. Secondary: Pinterest and Snapchat)Support influencer activations, content planning, and campaign executionInput and manage content in Sprinklr Collaborate with media teams to optimize performance and provide strategic recommendationsParticipate in brand meetings, internal agency syncs, and content planning sessionsMonitor creative grids and ensure all assets are properly trafficked and compliant (compliance training and documentation will be provided)Balance execution (posting, compliance) with strategic planning (platform trends, new placements, analytics & recommendations)Proactively pitch new social ideas, activations, and platform opportunities to brand teams based on data and industry happeningsRequired Qualifications3-5+ years of experience in social media strategy and executionExperience with both paid and organic social campaignsStrong understanding of and proven experience with multiple social media platforms beyond Meta (TikTok, Reddit, LinkedIn, etc.)Ability to build and manage content calendars aligned to campaign KPIsExperience using Sprinklr or similar tools for scheduling and analyticsExperience working in regulated industries (pharma preferred, but not required)Strong communication and collaboration skills in a cross-functional, agency-style environmentPreferred QualificationsPrior experience at a media, or social agency who supported pharmaceutical clientsFamiliarity with compliance processes for social mediaBackground with influencer marketing and social-first campaign ideationExperience with creative grids, specs, and social ticketing systemsAgency experienceIn this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data, including medical data.BenefitsCreative Circle's Freelance Employee benefits package includes eligibility for Minimum Essential Coverage (MEC) medical plan, dental/vision/term life package, discount prescription program, critical illness, accident, tele-behavioral health, and 401(k) plan.
