Position Title: Psychologist – PsyD/Ph.D.)Coverage areas - Mayfield, KYSchedule: Pay Per Encounter | Fee-for-Service | 2 days per week - days out of Monday - Friday daytime hoursEmployment Type: W-2Job SummaryTelos Health Systems is seeking a Licensed Psychologist (PsyD or PhD) to provide mental health evaluations and psychotherapy services to patients in Skilled Nursing Facilities and Assisted Living Facilities.
