Job DescriptionAt ME Wilson, our Claims Advocate position offers a refreshing alternative. Instead of managing claims files and fielding calls from claimants, you'll serve as a strategic partner and trusted advisor to our commercial clients. You'll guide them through the claims process, collaborate with carriers, and ensure issues are resolved with clarity and professionalism.This role is perfect for a seasoned adjuster who's ready to leverage their experience in a collaborative, client-facing environment, while stepping away from the pressures of high-volume claims handling.
