In this field-based position, you will drive sales of reagents and capital equipment within the specialty Drugs of Abuse (DAU) testing market. Candidates must reside within the assigned West U.S. territory and be willing to travel up to 70%.Key ResponsibilitiesAchieve assigned sales goals for instruments and reagents within the DAU testing market.Call on a variety of specialty accounts, including toxicology laboratories, reference labs, criminal justice labs, drug court programs, industrial testing sites, drug treatment organizations, and other entities performing DAU testing.Build, manage, and expand strong customer relationships across regional and national accounts.Provide up-to-date product information, technical documentation, and guidance on features, performance, financing, and pricing.Coordinate product demonstrations, customer evaluations, and instrument installations.Collaborate effectively with internal Siemens Healthcare Diagnostics (DX) teams to support complex customer solutions and ensure high-quality service.Analyze regional market dynamics, identify growth opportunities, and develop a strong stakeholder network.Plan sales activities, manage territory pipeline, and maintain accurate forecasts and reporting within CRM systems.Prepare and negotiate proposals in partnership with internal experts and management.Contribute to post-installation customer support and ongoing After-Market business development.Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent experience required3+ years of sales experience, preferably selling into toxicology, chemistry, reference, or criminal justice laboratory settings.Strong independent decision-making skills and a proven ability to drive onsite sales success.Excellent communication, presentation, and customer-relationship skills.Must reside within the assigned West U.S. territory (CA, NV, UT, WA, OR, ID, WY, MT, HI, AK).Willingness to travel 5070% of the time for onsite customer meetings.Experience using a CRMExperience using Miller Heiman is a plusAbility to lead without authorityComputer skills to include Outlook, Excel, and PowerPointIndividual must be 21 years old to participate in Siemens required vehicle planA clean driving recordThis position includes eligibility for variable compensation. Any stated bonus or incentive amounts represent target or estimated earnings and are not guaranteed. Actual payouts depend on performance and applicable plan terms.This role is based in the United States, and the incumbent must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future employer sponsorship.The base pay range for this position is:$85,600 - $117,700Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.If this is a commission eligible position the commission eligibility will be in accordance with the terms of the Company's plan.
