Learn more at ScholarMatch.org.Position Description: ScholarMatch is seeking a part-time (30 hours a week) HR Manager to play an important role in our growing non-profit. The Human Resources Manager is responsible for overseeing HR benefits and systems, employee relations, ensuring compliance with regulations, assessing staffing needs, and supporting the employee lifecycle. The candidate should have outstanding project management skills to manage our human resources programs and initiatives that are in place.The Human Resources Manager is based in the San Francisco Bay Area and may require occasional travel to ScholarMatch headquarters in San Francisco. This position will supervise the HR Coordinator and report to the Executive Director.The role is remote but depending on business needs; evenings and weekend hours may be required. This role is slated to begin at the end of May 2026 or early June 2026 until November 17, 2026.
