The Training Records Administrator maintains all crewmember qualification in the AIMS computer system.Major Job AccountabilitiesMaintains all flight crew training records to ensure compliance with applicable FAA regulationsProvides crew scheduling flight crew data that determines if a crewmember is qualified and current to perform assigned dutiesAudits periodically crew training records to ensure all required documentation and data is in the appropriate training folder and is currentNotifies flight crewmembers of any discrepancies or omissions in their training fileNotifies flight crewmembers when a required document will expireResponsible for the audit and entry of all Check Airmen and Instructor recordsMay assist in the Special Tracking programQualificationsHigh School Diploma required.Minimum of four years of related experience including one year of comprehensive airline training records experienceSkillsMust demonstrate the desire and the ability to work in a fast paced, high stress environmentMust have strong interpersonal, analytical, administrative and communication skillsMust possess the personal integrity and administrative skills to gain the confidence of the crewmember work forceExtensive knowledge of FAR’s as they pertain to Crewmember training records and regulations is a plus#GH19The Company is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
