You’ll be involved in hands-on production, shipping, receiving, and installation work that directly supports our customers.Your Day-to-day Will Include:Building, repairing, and fabricating conveyor belts and componentsInstalling and vulcanizing lightweight conveyor beltingReceiving, verifying, and organizing materials and partsPicking, packing, shipping, and recording outgoing orders accuratelyWorking with freight carriers and couriersMaintaining clean, organized, and safe work areasUsing tools and equipment safely while following all PPE and safety requirementsRepresenting Belt Power professionally at all timesRequirements:We're seeking someone dependable, mechanically inclined, and eager to learnYou'll Be a Great Fit If You Have:Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detailAbility to read measurements accurately using a tape measureBasic math and computer skillsGood written and verbal communication skillsAbility to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in tight or elevated spacesWillingness to work occasional overtime or weekendsValid driver’s license with a clean driving recordForklift experienceMaintenance, production, or belt technician experienceRequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalentAbility to pass a background check and drug screenWork Environment Full-time, shop-based roleActive environment with moving machinery and a moderate-to-loud noise levelPhysical RequirementsThis role is ideal for someone who enjoys staying active:Standing, bending, kneeling, and lifting throughout the dayUsing hands, arms, shoulders, and tools for fabrication and installation work
