We are mission-driven and committed to helping individuals overcome substance use disorders.Position Summary:We are seeking a recruiter to support high-volume hiring across our treatment centers, with a primary focus on recruiting counselors and medication nurses. This is a hybrid position offering a mix of remote and onsite work. The ideal candidate will bring a passion for recruiting, strong organizational skills, and a collaborative spirit.Key Responsibilities:Manage full-cycle recruiting for assigned treatment centers, including intake, sourcing, screening, scheduling, and offer coordinationPartner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop tailored sourcing strategiesUse job boards, social media, referrals, and ATS tools to identify and engage qualified candidatesCoordinate interviews, collect feedback, and maintain a positive candidate experienceSupport compliance by maintaining accurate documentation in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)Participate in HR and Talent Acquisition initiatives as neededQualifications:Bachelor's degree in human resources or related fieldMinimum of 3 years of recruiting experienceStrong interpersonal and communication skillsHigh attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentFamiliarity with ATS systems and sourcing tools (LinkedIn, job boards, etc.) is a plusInterest in healthcare or behavioral health is preferredWhy Join BHG?Work-Life Balance: Enjoy generous paid time off, holidays, and personal leave.
