Office Manager & Executive Support

Position Overview We are seeking a highly organized, dependable, and versatile Office Manager to support the daily operations of our growing property management company. This role is essential to keeping the office running smoothly and ensuring that day-to-day operations remain organized and efficient. The ideal candidate can manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously and is comfortable handling a mix of operational, administrative, and coordination tasks. The Office Manager serves as the operational hub of the office—helping ensure the workplace, processes, and daily activity remain organized, aligned, and running effectively. This individual plays an important role in maintaining structure, supporting the team, and helping leadership stay focused on company priorities. This is a high-trust position with meaningful responsibility and visibility within the organization, requiring someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and able to anticipate needs rather than simply react to them. Real estate experience is not required; however, strong organizational, administrative, and problem-solving skills are essential. Key ResponsibilitiesOffice Operations Maintain an organized and efficient office environment Manage office supplies, equipment, and workspace needs Track recurring administrative tasks and deadlines Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems Coordinate office-related repairs, maintenance, and operational services Compliance & Administrative Oversight Track company insurance policies, licenses, and renewal deadlines Maintain organized records for compliance and administrative documentation Assist with internal process coordination and administrative requirements Office Awareness & Leadership Support Maintain awareness of daily office activity and team schedules Help ensure workflows and office operations remain organized and aligned Serve as an extra set of eyes and ears for leadership by identifying issues or operational needs Assist with coordinating meetings, office initiatives, and occasional company events Executive & Special Project Support Provide occasional administrative or personal support to the company owner Assist with special projects that support company operations and growth Qualifications 3+ years of experience in office management, executive assistant, or administrative roles preferred Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to manage multiple priorities Strong written and verbal communication skills Comfortable using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or similar tools Ability to work independently and anticipate needs Ideal Candidate Profile Extremely organized and detail-oriented Proactive and solution-driven Comfortable wearing multiple hats Strong written and verbal communication skills Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new systems Discreet and professional with confidential information Able to prioritize in a dynamic environment Compensation & Schedule Hourly position Flexible schedule (to be determined based on candidate and business needs) Competitive pay based on experience Pay: $23.00 - $27.00 per hour Benefits: 401(k) Health insurance Health savings account Paid time off Experience: Office management: 3 years (Preferred) Work Location: In person
