Data Intake Analyst

Innovative Driven is currently seeking a Data Intake Analyst to join our Data Intake team in Arlington, VA! This is the perfect opportunity to gain valuable skills and entry into the busy and growing field of eDiscovery!This is a full-time, onsite position in our Arlington, VA office. The hours are Monday-Friday, from 9:00 am - 6:00 pm.ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITITES:Perform intake for physical media including virus scanningAnalyze content of cover letters and electronic mediaCopy documents and data from electronic media to shared storage locationsEnsure the accuracy of data loading, manipulation, and conversion by performing and documenting quality and accuracy checksLog and track paper and electronic mediaInterpret special processing instructions from litigation support specialistREQUIREMENTS:BS in Computer Science or related discipline preferredExperience using EnCase, FTK, Robocopy, FastCopy, VeraCrypt, 7-Zip, WinZip, and WinRAR preferredIntermediate skill with Microsoft office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)Ability to recognize and maintain confidentiality of all materials in the work settingAbility to work independently, requiring minimal supervisionStrong editing, spelling, and grammar skillsPrevious experience using copiers and scannersStrong attention to detail
